Parlant Agents is a service for running managed, always-on AI agents without setting up or maintaining a server yourself.
Each agent gets dedicated infrastructure, persistent storage, a secure web address, encrypted backups, and dashboard controls. Parlant handles provisioning, health monitoring, recovery, and tested upgrades. You keep control of the agent itself: choose how it accesses AI models, configure its tools and integrations, and decide what work it may do.
Hermes by Nous Research is the first supported agent. It can chat, use tools, work with files, browse the web, remember selected context, and carry out multi-step tasks while your own computer is offline. More agent runtimes can be added after they meet the same management and recovery standards.
Parlant manages the infrastructure around your agent; it does not remove your responsibility to review important outputs, protect credentials, or approve consequential actions. Model and integration providers receive the data needed to perform requests you send to them.
