How long does provisioning take?+
Provisioning usually takes a few minutes. The dashboard shows each infrastructure step, and you can safely leave the page.
What do I need to provide?+
Provide your email address and payment details through Stripe. Agent credentials are generated securely during provisioning.
Where does Hermes run?+
Hermes currently runs on dedicated Hetzner infrastructure in Germany.
Can I cancel?+
Your subscription renews monthly until canceled. Cancellation and teardown controls are available in your account dashboard.
Who owns my data?+
Your instance and private storage remain isolated. Export and destruction policies are shown before launch.
