Consumer dispute resolution

Parlant GmbH is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless a legal obligation applies in an individual case.

The former European Union online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued and is therefore no longer linked.

Responsibility for links

The operators of external sites are solely responsible for their content. No legal violations were apparent when links were created. Continuous monitoring of external content without a specific reason is not reasonable.
