Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at:

by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

You may also declare your withdrawal through our prominently provided electronic “Withdraw from contract” function. If you use this function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt containing the declaration, date, and time on a durable medium.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract, provided that the statutory requirements are met.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, no compensation for value is owed where a continuing withdrawal right is validly exercised (section 357a(3) BGB). The withdrawal right can expire following early performance only under the statutory conditions, particularly separate express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium.

Difference from cancellation

Withdrawal concerns the statutory right to reverse the contract within the withdrawal period. To end an ongoing subscription at the end of a billing period, please use “Cancel contracts here”.
